New Judicial Watch Study Finds 353 U.S. Counties in 29 States with Voter Registration Rates Exceeding 100%

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that a September 2020 study revealed that 353 U.S. counties had 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting-age citizens. In other words, the registration rates of those counties exceeded 100% of eligible voters. The study found eight states showing state-wide registration rates exceeding 100%: Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

The September 2020 study collected the most recent registration data posted online by the states themselves. This data was then compared to the Census Bureau’s most recent five-year population estimates, gathered by the American Community Survey (ACS) from 2014 through 2018. ACS surveys are sent to 3.5 million addresses each month, and its five-year estimates are considered to be the most reliable estimates outside of the decennial census.

Judicial Watch’s latest study is necessarily limited to 37 states that post regular updates to their registration data. Certain state voter registration lists may also be even larger than reported, because they may have excluded “inactive voters” from their data. Inactive voters, who may have moved elsewhere, are still registered voters and may show up and vote on election day and/or request mail-in ballots.

...

“The new study shows 1.8 million excess, or ‘ghost’ voters in 353 counties across 29 states,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The data highlights the recklessness of mailing blindly ballots and ballot applications to voter registration lists. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections.”

Fraud....is too superficial

What we are witnessing is the organized effort of the Democrat Party to violate the Civil Rights of millions of American’s by disenfranchising them of their vote.

The process by which they are attempting to accomplish this is with Election Fraud and Voter Fraud

“Alabama: Madison County (109%);”

I deleted my voter registration in Madison this year, it was not simple. I had to prove who I was, took several emails to make it happen. I can see why people don’t delete their previous voting place with all the hassle to end terminate it.

I noted that the 4 largest counties in Georgia were on the >100% list. I live in one of them.

When I moved into a new apartment this summer, I was receiving mail from 3 or 4 apparently previous residents at my address. I spoke to the mail lady and she purged them from the post office’s data base so now no more junk in the box.

When I changed my drivers license ID because of the move, allegedly my voters registration was also to automatically switched by the State. It never happened that I could tell so went to the County voter department and they still had me living in a different county. Allegedly they purged me from the old county and I know added me to the new county and address. I’ve moved enough over the last 10 years that I need to track down if I am a ghosted voter anywhere or if there are ghost voters for my new address.

The democrats were so desperate to win that they didn’t even care if they got sloppy because they assumed no one would fight back.

I feel like Americans and our rah rah team love have caused this for 2020 because there was probably a similar amount of fraud in 2016 and since Trump won, nothing was done. Which set us up for this.

We need to fight corruption no matter who wins.

With mail in voting and same day registration, they created a system that can not be checked for abuse. This will be difficult to fight, even as obvious as it was.

This is is a fantastic list! But what happened to the Pennsylvania numbers.

I know they must be bad too. When I left Penn 5 years ago, they kept sending me ballots — unprompted — for a long time!

What a crooked State.

PING!

I live in Georgia.

The 109% over-registration in Fulton County (inner city Atlanta — biggest Democrat county in State and who voted 73% for Biden) should pare down in size. Their population is 1.09 million.

By contrast, Oconee County (richest county in State) was 62% Trump and 111% over-registered, but Oconee only has 34,000 citizens.

So I like the difference there!
