The cheating and fraud is everywhere, all 50 States. The four cities in the article just happen to be the big cities where the Biden increase is abnormally bigger. Richmond isn't really a comparable city, your Richmond numbers show a total vote of what, 130M? These big cities inthe OP have Biden increases that are bigger than that total vote. And all four happen to be in narrow swing States. Even the Dem States didn't do that, hell, some of them Trump even narrowed the gap, much less gave Biden a huge boost.

Mostly correct. The Biden increase is bigger in other places here in Virginia, not just Richmond. The problem is that the headline is incorrect. Biden did not do worse than Hillary anywhere that I have found. The abnormal increase in some swing state cities is suspect but that needs to be analyzed based on the facts not on hyperbole or assumptions.

The headline is incorrect. Biden did much better than Hillary in those four cities. That part is true. But he did better in every city that I checked. If you don't want to check any cities or give me any examples, then name a city.

So why was nothing done during the 4 years to fix this?

Because Elections are run by the States, and nobody votes in those elections who determine who runs the election apparatus in their States, but the Democrats knew how important those positions were. Now people are waking up as to how important these elections are. I liken it to how Joe Stalin became leader of the Soviet Union, he was just the Party Secretary, a job nobody else wanted. But that job gave him access to information about all his enemies and he could manipulate things behind the scenes with that information.

So why States with majority republican legislatures (PA, MI, WI, GA etc) did not insist on secure elections and disallow fraudulent Dominion software?

That is statistically impossible, Those cities run by democrats used Dominion software to count votes. Ditto in Maricopa county in AZ. Does AZ have republican legislature?
