Biden underperformed Hillary in Philly yet had 65,000 more in Montgomery County and 35,000 more in Delaware County. Complete fraud.
While the “only four cities” was crap, as you’ve illustrated, I do find it interesting that your two examples are from states the the Dems needed and that were close calls.
Plus, look at the numbers for Raleigh. 130,000 new voters in only four years? That’s a 24% increase in voters between 2016 and 2020, which seems weird to me. Still, it could happen, I suppose.
Ah, and now San Fran too. Keep them coming, Palmer. Maybe the author of the article will be shamed into doing more research before writing his next one.
By the way, there were 12 percent more votes in San Fran this time around.

This was more critical than building the wall, space force & beefing up the military. Those would be done during 2nd term.
Without secure elections there will be no 2nd term.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to predetermine that the 3 states that were critical to Trump’s success that close counts brought him to victory in 2016 were Wisc, Mich, Pa. The wheelhouse of stealing an election occurs in black dominated cities and Philly, Detroit and Milwaukee were primed to overcome any Trump majority in the state with ballot dumps. In those cities when it comes to black folk, it is not one man, one vote. It is one man, 10 votes.
And it’s probably not true. First because it’s not likely only those cities cheated. Second because it’s not true in Richmond. I’m sure I’ll find many more if I look.
It’s not true. Biden won Jacksonville, FL (first Dem since Carter to do that) and did slightly better than Hillary in the Jax suburbs.

What it appears to be is more potentially oversized Biden increases in states like NC. Whereas in California where the outcome was not in play, Trump had pretty decent improvement comparable or better than Biden's improvement. However in no cases did Biden do worse than Hillary. I have yet to find one anyway.
