Do they get to kill the white farmers when they get there?

ROTFLMFAO!!!
Farming is darn hard work, high risk both financially and physically, and requires a lot of ingenuity. I doubt many of em are ready to undertake this endeavor. They’ll just flip the land and then go drinkin’ and fishin’.

“Transfer” from where?

And how does this proposal hope to pass constitutional muster when it seems to violate equal protections?

I don’t think the supply chain can deal with that much okra and collards.

From the article:
“...The USDA would buy land from willing sellers at fair market value for use in the program.
Up to 20,000 grants of 160 acres would be made annually through 2030...”

Great idea. Move them out to government land in the West and make them bear the responsibility for paying the bills.

And to prevent them just selling it off to white neighbors put a deed restriction in it so if they don’t stay long enough they lose it and cannot sell it until after they’ve stayed that long ... like with homesteaders back in the day.

A smart person would take the land, lease it to a white farmer and cash the checks.
