I was thinking of the same meaning if CIA shot and killed special forces. Wonder if that is the reason the special operations report to I believe the President now

I am _not_ a fan of the CIA, but it would not be crazy for their facility security forces to fire upon intruders, particularly if no authentication of the intruders' identity was practical at the time. If they were able to authenticate the intruders were legitimate US forces, that would be another matter of course.
