An elderly man was struck by a stray bullet while sleeping in his Queens nursing home, police said Tuesday.
The near-fatal incident unfolded in Corona around 11:15 p.m. on Saturday night when the 76-year-old woke up bleeding from the right side of his neck and was rushed to Northwell Hospital, according to cops.
The man was treated and sent back to Madison York Assisted Living — but the cause of his injury remained a mystery.

Hey... since when is 76 ‘elderly’?
Nursing homes really are dangerous places. If the Corona virus doesn’t get you, a bullet will.
And this happened in Corona no less.
DeBlasio’s Communist paradise.
DeBlasio’s Communist paradise.
Cuomo didn’t kill all of the nursing home patients?
New York nursing homes are the most dangerous places on the planet, apparently.
An Attempted Covid Death in Corona....hmmmm
So he survives covid, so far, only to catch a stray Amish bullet.
It didn’t happen in Corona. It happened on Corona Ave in Flushing.
Great reporting there NY Post.
No such a thing as a “stray bullet”.
That bullet might not have been intended to go where it went, but it went exactly where it was fired.

Another tragic Chinese Corona virus death.
Hey... since when is 76 ‘elderly’?
.......................................................
Since I’m only 75 yes, 76 is elderly. After my next b/day, 77 will be elderly.
See how that works?
When I hit 95 and only then will I allow someone to call me ‘elderly’. Until then, they can call me anything they want except elderly..... oh and they can’t call me ‘late for dinner’.
Sometimes it isn’t the age but the mileage.
