ASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court has rejected Republicans' last-gasp bid to reverse Pennsylvania's certification of President-elect Joe Biden's victory in the electoral battleground.
The court without comment Tuesday refused to call into question the certification process in Pennsylvania.

So Alito sets standards regarding late ballots that the PA BOE ignores, and then Supremes dump the suit. Legal standards again are only set for Conservatives and ignored for Dems. Alito and SCOTUS are spineless.

If they unanimously denied the PA case disenfranchising PA voters, why would they take the Texas case? The whole system is broken.
