This is exactly what has happened.

This is exactly what has happened.
If Trump had sued Wisconsin over their ad hoc election rules before the election this bullythug judge would have thrown out the suit for lack of injury, and would have instructed the President to sue after the election if he thought something bad had happened due to the rule change.
In other words, these are bought judges. They won’t let you win on either side of the question.

And recall that this happened with the Obama birth certificate: When it was initially taken to court (maybe in Wisconsin?!) they said “ he hasn’t been elected yet so there’s no controversy, come back if he wins” .
Which of course they did and they said “it’s too late to bring this up, the issue is stale”.

“Raise the issues” as in “file a case in court.”
Which, of course, would have been dismissed as not being ripe for litigation, owing to there not yet being any harm prior to an election.
Catch-22: too early to challenge before the election, too late to challenge afterwards. Which millisecond on Election Day (a concept which is a farce at this point) is the correct one on which to file such a suit?
Beforehand weren’t cases being thrown out for lack of standing and that nothing had yet occurred?

This Judge was a Trump appointee. Why do Obummer Judges toe the party line and supposedly Republican Judges seem to side with the lefties? Maybe they weren’t conservative to begin with!
