U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig, a Trump appointee, marveled at the president’s request at Thursday’s hearing. Ludwig said he hoped to rule in the next couple of days.
Makes me wonder all these wonderful judges Cocaine Mitch appointed if they aren’t nothing but the judges that Obama wanted to appoint and just left in the wings. This asshats rulings is libtarded as libtarded can be!
If o can not charge someone with murder before they do the crime how old you file a claim before the election was st.....the judge wold have thrown it out because no crime was committed yet
you said: “As Yosarrian said...”Some Catch, That Catch 22”....”
Yes, “Catch a 22”
In other words, you don’t have any control, we decide everything you must do, because we hold “Catch a 22”.
SOOOO If this ‘judge’ were to be ruling of a horrendous auto accident-—He would demand that the plaintiffs bring their case BEFORE the accident even happens??????
Of course it’s too late! You must challenge election fraud *before* the election, when you have no evidence and the case will be tossed out. If you challenge *after* the election your evidence is useless, because you are too late.
When and why did we allow the judiciary to become infested by termites?
yes
it’s essentially blaming the victim
but its weirder than that
because the state also demands we should trust them when it comes to fair and accurate elections
so bringing the charges of election fraud without any evidence or witnesses/affidavits, or just a concern you believe people are going to steal an election,
this same government is going to then come back at them and say, where’s your proof? and then deny them any relief because the state isn’t satisified with their concerns.
yup
the court’s objections are rendered moot by these actions
