If that were true the virus would have been gone by now. Restrictions were not to last until infections became manageable by hospitals. Once demRATs, the three witches of Lansing, saw the potential to use the quarantine to conduct a fraudulent election the took full advantage of it.

Given the 10-day-to-two-week incubation period, the number of cases wouldn’t start to decrease until that long after the “pause” went into effect.

If the number of cases started to decrease the day the “pause” went into effect, it would have started to decrease even without the pause.
