Iowa some imposed restrictions, but you can still eat and drink at a restaurant table, although they must close by 10PM.
Their new cases are down by about 2/3rds.

I had to go to the grocery store today... Wore my mask, per store rules. The place was packed. As I was trying to maneuver down the aisle, I had to cough.... As I coughed, I said “covid” at the same time. People cleared out of my way. I got to shop the entire aisle in peace.... Smiling under my mask
