For starters, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) announced last week a lawsuit challenging the results of Proposition 22, which exempted drivers for companies such as Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash from the ominous provisions of Assembly Bill 5. I think he meant "onerous," not "ominous." Perhaps he couldn't afford to hire a proofreader? :-P

All they need do is find a friendly judge to rule Prop 22 unconstitutional. Kind like they did with the odd idea of marriage being between men and women.
