Joe Biden has revoked an executive order from President Trump that was aimed at keeping foreign countries and firms away from America’s bulk power systems, especially entities tied to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The change in direction was part of Biden’s “Executive Order on Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis,” released on the Democrat’s first day in office.
Section 7 of the Biden order, which also includes revocation of the Keystone XL Pipeline, features termination of climate change and energy-focused orders enacted during the Trump administration.
Subpoint C states that “Executive Order 13920 of May 1, 2020 (Securing the United States Bulk-Power System), is hereby suspended for 90 days.”
The Trump order was made to ban, replace, and set new criteria on bulk-power system (BPS) electric equipment from a foreign country or foreign national that poses a national security threat.
“Foreign adversaries are increasingly creating and exploiting vulnerabilities in the United States bulk-power system, which provides the electricity that supports our national defense, vital emergency services, critical infrastructure, economy, and way of life. The bulk-power system is a target of those seeking to commit malicious acts against the United States and its people, including malicious cyber activities, because a successful attack on our bulk-power system would present significant risks to our economy, human health and safety, and would render the United States less capable of acting in defense of itself and its allies,” the introduction to the Trump executive order read.
The policy “prohibited any acquisition, importation, transfer, or installation of BPS electric equipment by any person or with respect to any property to which a foreign country or a national thereof has any interest, that poses an undue risk to the BPS, the security or resiliency of U.S. critical infrastructure or the U.S. economy, or U.S. national security or the security and safety of U.S. persons.”
Moreover, the DOE was charged with identifying existing BPS electric equipment that violated the aforementioned prescription and “develop recommendations to identify, isolate, monitor, or replace this equipment as appropriate.”
It was released on May 1, 2020 and the powers it provided were used by the DOE in December against the CCP.
As of January 16, 2021, then-Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette issued a “prohibition order designed to reduce the risks that entities associated with the People’s Republic of China pose to the Nation’s BPS.”
“The order prohibits utilities that supply critical defense facilities (CDF) from procuring from the People’s Republic of China, specific BPS electric equipment that poses an undue risk to the BPS, the security or resilience of critical infrastructure, the economy, national security, or safety and security of Americans,” read a press release.
According to Biden’s new executive order, Biden’s secretary of energy and director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will determine the fate of America’s BPS.
Once again, Joe Biden’s China-centric approach to policy is shining through. His family is closely tied to Chinese business interests.
For example, Biden’s son Hunter was previously involved in several business relationships with CEFC China Energy Chairman Ye Jianming.
“After his father left office in 2017, Hunter Biden worked on securing a deal with CEFC China Energy to invest in US energy projects, according to documents released by Republicans,” left-wing outlet CNN noted.
Also, an investment firm headed by Hunter Biden funneled millions into China General Nuclear Power Corp, a state-owned power company that for decades stole American nuclear technology for use by the CCP.
Hunter also helped Chinese firms acquire American technology with military applications.
It’s no wonder China celebrated Joe Biden’s fraud-ridden “victory.” The former vice president is on a marathon of enacting pro-China policy. For example, he is putting the United States back into the World Health Organization (WHO), which means American taxpayers will have to keep giving money to an entity that is controlled by communist China and which allowed Beijing to downplay the nature of COVID-19, bringing the entire world to China’s heel.
Also, Biden has chosen for CIA director Bill Burns, who has a long history of working with front groups for Communist China.
Clearly, the true winner of the 2020 election was China.
Regular Americans are just screwed with Biden. Biden is supporting our enemy over the American people. He has sold us out. Even Democrats should be raising hell about this. How deep does this sewer go?
The Chinese economy does not work like the American market economy. A company can have negative interest loans if they employ lots of people. That means making a profit on the items is not important. The politics of keeping people working and not protesting is important. Thus, there is practically no Chinese product whose price reflects what it costs to make. No Western company can compete.
The people building the power grid will be forced by shareholders to buy Chinese products. Time and time again, software has been discovered in Chinese products that represents a severe security risk.
Thanks to the insurrectionists, it’s payback time and the US is now just a CCP colony!
Biden is a shell. He’s taking orders from the deep state cabal.

I hope Flynn does one about the raid in Frankfurt where the CIA Director gets killed and Mitch Rapp comes in and wipes out the cabal of rogue CIA agents and ChiCom operatives and delivers the servers to Congress on January 6th and is able to stop the election steal from the fraudulent usurper and restore the duly elected President of the United States. That’s the one I was waiting for.
