Is the stimulus counted as “taxable income?”

I believe the UI boosts are taxable, including the PUA (freelancer/SE), PEUC (bonus 13 weeks), and the 600/300 per week add-ons.

The direct stimulus payments were not, although the new Dem one might end up being taxable, depending on how they word the helicopter bill.
