Why would you say that? It’s an open primary. Democrats will flock to Lizard and so will Never Trumpers. She’ll be well financed and face several primary opponents who will split the MAGA vote against her. Add all that up and she has to be the slight favorite to win the primary.

You're right, I don't remember that, and I don't think the Tea Party was destroyed.
My late mother was an active Tea Partier in her 90s! ;-)

In 2016 Tea Partiers were originally split between Trump & Cruz but soon became strong Trump supporters and have supported him ever since.

Today I don't know how the Tea Party is doing, but strongly suspect that whatever Patriot Party forms will be filled largely by Tea Partiers -- same people, same causes, at least so far as I know.

You may well know more about the Tea Party than I do.
I thought they strongly supported Donald Trump, if not exactly from Day One, then certainly by the end of 2016 primaries, and ever since.

I'm thinking Tea Party Patriots and Trump Party Patriots are pretty much the same people.
My late (sainted) mother was a Tea Partier in her 90s, passed away before 2016, but I can't imagine she'd have any problem also supporting Trump's patriots.

I’ve heard the first person who said they were running against her is not a great alternative, so we’ll have to see who emerges. We really need a primary before the primary so we don’t have 20 candidates and she winds up winning with 15% of the vote.

I’m sure the RINO’s will try to encourage that sort of outcome so somehow the Wyoming Republican party will need to sort things out before the primary election. (I know a couple grandkids of a former WY Rep. party chair are on board with ousting Liz, they are good friends with a member of my staff and they were meeting on what to do about Cheneey immediately after she came out for impeachment. I’ve seen no sign of support for her anywhere in WY circles, which is a good sign.)
