Puerto Rico will vote just like the Puerto Ricans in the USA: overwhelmingly Democrat. The “lean Republican” stuff is just propaganda. In theory all Hispanics lean Republican because of their religion and social views. None of that works out when it’s time to vote against the gringos.
The NWO knows it’s over for them and they will not be able to continue living off the Treasury and handing it out to the chosen few. Trump won in the greatest landslide they re in a panic. They don’t have enough voters. They have to keep Trump rallies from happening, they are finished good buy to their power. Crony capitalism is on life support.

As of 03/07/2021 text has not been received for H.R.1522 - To provide for the admission of the State of Puerto Rico into the Union.
I guess Puerto Ricans will be given no say in the matter. Their betters in the Democratic Party have use for them.
If they do need some kind of referendum, what are the odds that a Dominion subsidiary counts the votes?
