Flu deaths were around 24000 to 64000 each year for the past 10 years. Since the virii “compete” for some people (the older and immune weak), there will be an overlap.

Where did you get that? The average number of deaths per year in the USA for the past 3 years is 2.8 million, not 10.69 million
