A video report from Minneapolis, Minnesota, shows a “volatile” autonomous zone set up by a “militant-style group” around the George Floyd memorial, residents of the community stated. The video shows the journalist being confronted by two people dressed in all black who directed him to leave.

Simple solution, build walls and a checkpoint around the barricades. Let them have their autonomous zone, but just don’t let them leave.
Oh yeah, and cut off the water, gas, and electricity.
