Black Lives Matter rushed at a Rochester supermarket, forcing staff at a supermarket to lock its doors and keep customers locked inside for nearly an hour during a demonstration to mark the one-year anniversary of Daniel Prude's death.
The staff of Wegmans closed the doors, to prevent the protesters entering, leaving around 100 customers inside on Tuesday.
Daniel Prude, 41, died after police were called by his family on March 23, 2020 for help with a mental health episode, exacerbated by the drug PCP.

Wegman’s combination of inexpensive basics and high end treats is what I like. Last week I got a gallon of whole milk for $1.50 and 3 dozen eggs for $1.80. Then I got a little piece of Limburger cheese for $8.00 and an awesome personal cherry pie for $6.00. These days I do most of my shopping at Lidl, but Wegmans is just up the street, so I will be splitting my grocery dollars between them. When I first moved here it was just Food Lion. We have come a long way from that.
That is why I still use Kroger’s, the other grocery store is run by th family of a former DEM REP. We called Boss Hogg. Commissary to expensive,
Kroger’s is 2,5 miles from house, nice employees, some shortages or limited verity, Gas points come in handy since all of them over raised prices, and are using XL cans of veggies. I can do Pick up too, If I don’t feel good. This Meniere’s has kicked my butt, it’s supposed to be for 40 and under, not 72, loss of most of my hearing, and it is not the single Left ear as normal, BILATERAL. Trouble adjusting hearing aids, how do they expect to get it right in a quiet room vs real world with background noise? NO Masks either.

They were trying to instigate protests last year but they didn’t catch on until later in the year when lockdowns had people going stir crazy.
The white guy in Dallas was off his meds (I don’t think he ODed, rather he wasn’t on his medication) and it was he who called the police because he was having a psychotic episode.
The police knelt on him, mocked him when he wasn’t breathing, never checked his eyes or pulse and then wondered if they had killed him. And the video was suppressed for years.
And if the public had been outraged over that perhaps the tactic of holding someone that way would’ve become prohibited.
But he was white so it never mattered.
It was a great city.

Wegmans has stores that are a lot like department stores. The more affluent the area, the better the selection and the nicer the store.
Not all Weggies are sited in affluent areas.

People who take PCP and go wild ought to be put down like mad dogs. They want to commemorate that a$$hole. Pity Wegman’s doesn’t sell shotguns. The trapped customers could have gotten out pretty fast, then.
They were asking if he took any cocaine. So he was both off his meds and on cocaine, apparently. He didn’t answer with any coherence.
