Listen, its unconstitutional and illegal to ban anyone from a federal position just because they are in any particular religion, despite them being qualified for it.
In this country you can join any religion you like without fear of persecution. You should know that.

He was appointed in the normal way federal judicial nominees are appointed. Nothing strange about that.
There are 3.5 million Muslims in the US. You cannot ban Muslims from being appointed to or holding any federal positions they are qualified for l, just because of their religion.
