Biden judicial nominee would be first Muslim federal judge in US history

Quraishi was appointed in 2019 to be a magistrate judge in the District of New Jersey by the judges he now seeks to join on the bench. A magistrate judge is not technically considered a member of the federal bench the same way a district court or circuit judge is because the position is not outlined in the Constitution's Article III and magistrate judges are not appointed by the president.

Magistrate judges are assigned by statute to oversee some matters and may also be delegated tasks by bona fide district judges.

Quraishi, who is of Pakistani descent, got his law degree from Rutgers Law School, where he currently serves as an adjunct professor.

Quraishi was a military prosecutor with the JAG Corps during his time in the Army and did deployments in Iraq in 2004 and 2006, according to his Rutgers bio page. He later worked with the Department of Homeland Security then served as a federal prosecutor in the District of New Jersey.

Biden is just wanting to get a Liberal judge through, thinking he can defame the GOP on “Islamaphobia’ grounds if they reject him.

Are people such as Dianne Feinstein, going to tell him the dogma lives within him, and openly question how he can be a federal judge, given his religious faith?

Well...that’ll sure as hell backfire on the Judeo/Christian values that built America. He’ll be pushing Sharia instead of our Constitution!

One single Islamic federal judge means America has been turned over to Islam?

Biden did not nominate him in spite of him being a Muslim. Biden nominated him essentially BECAUSE he is a Muslim.

Musloids cannot take the oath of office, because their allegiance is to the moon rock god and its toilet paper “religious” text...

Will any “R” have the balls to say, “The jihad lives loudly within you...”

Honestly I don’t care if he bows on a rug, takes a knee and does the cross thing, davens on Friday evening, or lights incense and dances to the full moon. Heck he can even sacrifice a lamb for all I care (but only if it’s provided as food for other beings). As long as he respects and honors the Constitution of the USA it’s fine with me.

But these Democrats only present us with superficial things. They try to hide their true agenda with a thin veneer of compassion and “equality” to deflect and disguise the damage they know they are inflicting.

He can’t swear on the Bible. How could he even administer an oath?

I wonder if he will get down with his ass in the air during a USSC hearing?

In case nobody has noticed, there have been many explosions and gun killing by Muslims of late. Is it me or has HidenBiden's weakness encouraged such? This pitiful pretend president with his weakness is going to cause so much havoc on the World.

Does 9/11 mean anything to you? Trump people are vilified but yet someone who adheres to death and destruction of people is okay I guess. The media and politicians have rolled over for islam. They say “Oh, it’s only a few fanatics” - but yet these “few” fanatics manage to murder hundreds of people at a time; and here in America they do their honor killings and FGM - but yet Christians are targeted because of their belief in not rolling over for the LGBTXWYZ people and are slammed because we say man/woman boy/girl????

I read his qualifications. Here’s my problem and it may simply be an understanding problem on my part. The Muslim religion is the legal system and the governing system. If a Muslim acknowledges anything that usurps the power of Islam, then he is an apostate and can be killed. The governing system does not have a government as the west does. There is no concept of nation as in the west. Each imam has his own mostly tribal adherents and followers. The more he has the wider his “governance.” The imam is the religious, legal and governing leader.

Muslim “nations” were forced into being nations by the west. Thus, the famous “line in the sand” drawn by the Sykes and Picot treaty. The borders took no heed of who was on which side. Thus regions that were all of one sect were divided and included with other tribes and sects that may have been enemies. But those countries had to make it work and they emulated the western nations. Countries like Iran have a nominally non-sectarian government structure, but it has little power. The power rests with the imams. The problems the imams have is many of the sects in their control are not of “their” version if Islam. Thus the Iranians have been forced to square a circle. How will this judges Muslim training and potentially non-Muslim rulings sit with the other Muslims? Now, not all Muslims are the same. Some of the “countries” have vacillated between hard core and modern societies. The problem is, since Islam allows anyone who feels righteous to enforce the law by killing, it only takes a few extremists to move a society from modern to pre-medieval. And, if someone decides this judge has made a non-Islamic ruling, then he can be “legally” murdered.

PS: Everything I learned about islam I learned on 9/11 because some people did something.
