Ballot review prompts concerns about election integrity
Missoulian ^ | April 7, 2021 | John R Lott Jr.

Posted on 04/07/2021 6:30:22 PM PDT by richardb72

Montana got to see firsthand how well a mail-in election goes. If the results from Missoula County are any indication, it didn’t go well.

Local state Rep. Brad Tschida conducted a review of Missoula votes with the assistance of the Missoula County Elections Office. He found 4,592 out of all 72,491 mail-in ballots did not have envelopes — 6.33% of the total. That is a real problem. It is against the law to count mail-in votes if there is no envelope. There is no way to match up signatures to verify if the vote is from a registered voter or to determine if the ballot was cast on time, as there is no date to check.

When local attorney Quentin Rhoades asked Missoula County Elections Administrator Bradley Seaman about this, Seaman provided no explanation for the envelope undercount. Seaman now claims those conducting the ballot review didn’t have the proper training or procedures, but counting envelopes isn’t difficult. County election officials set up the process for the count, they supervised the count, and those doing the count did exactly as they were told by the election officials.

Indeed, those doing the count were told that they may have been given the same envelopes twice to count.

A smaller random set of the mail-in ballots, 15,455, were checked for other problems. Fifty-five did not have dates. Fifty-three did not have their signatures checked. That equals a rate of 0.7%....

I know a bunch of people from Missoula, they are not all stupid.

I am sure there are some counties in other states that might have even more trouble counting envelopes, just due to the fact math can be Racist.

Yawn, nothing will come of this. In my town, the ballot drop boxes are still on the street and bolted to the ground. Instead of removing them right after the election, they remain. They want us to get use to them and think its the norm.

Where that should be done is here
;What the Republicans should be doing is using the Georgia reform and doing is this *REVIEW THOSE GEORGIA SENATE ELECTION RESULTS

Answer Biden’s stop order with this :

There were a series of fraudulent voting charges here. Were they enforced and corrected before this election took place ? If they weren’t is not a review called for ?

They were created with the introduction of Covid 19 which the Biden campaign thanks the CCP for doing; http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3940857/posts

If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.

Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed.

LINKED HERE ARE REASONS WHY THIS IS WHAT WE SHOULD BE DOING 90% of the military votes went for Biden ?

CHINESE COMMIES DON’T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN * THAT’S WHY THOSE BUSINESSES AND SPORT INDUSTRIES WITH CHINA CONNECTIONS ARE AFRAID THIS COULD HAPPEN WITH THE GEORGIA ELECTION REFORM

The Sec of State in Georgia does what his owner tells him. The chicoms paid him well and expect a return of obedience.

Whatever it takes.

If 4,592 mail-in ballots had no envelopes, and thus no signatures,
1) How did they arrive? Did the USPS deliver them? Did someone drop them off? If so, where?
2) Did Missoula election officials “check in” a voter for each ballot, before moving it to the counting stage?
3) If so, how, if there was no name associated with the ballot via an envelope?

Whoever was responsible for checking in and counting these ballots needs to explain their “process”.

Counting some of the envelopes twice shows that the problem is even worse.

I’d like to know why The Brookings Institute is dictating election policy and grading states on whether they comply with the Brookings Rules.

On who’s authority?

“On who’s authority?”

Local state Rep. Brad Tschida conducted a review of Missoula votes with the assistance of the Missoula County Elections Office. A state that runs an election, and they are the ones that do it, can check their tabulations any time they want. It’s their process and their count. Authority? Authority? They don’t need “no stinking authority.” And they can leak it any way the state wants.
