Portland, Oregon’s City Council approved $1.4 million for “unarmed” patrols to be stationed in parks to fight gun crime.

KGW reports there will be “two dozen” such patrols, working a schedule that ensures someone is working “around-the-clock.

These jobs will be given to members of BLM, ANTIFA and other thug groups. Unarmed patrols? I am very concerned about this. Mainly because of the word “patrol”. That word is offensive, and militaristic. It triggers me, and forces me to retreat to my safe space under my front porch.

I therefore demand that Portland change the name of those folks to “unarmed idiots“. Yes, that will work for me.

Since I have Portland connection going back 50 tears now, I’m well aware of the place. I personally think it is due to Californians. While Oregon is filled with Californians, All the stupid ones seem to land in Portland and Salem.
