n a Tuesday appearance on FNC’s “Fox & Friends,” House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) ripped Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) for her rhetoric amid the trial against former Minnesota police officer Derek Chauvin in the death of George Floyd. Chauvin was found guilty the day before on three counts.
McCarthy acknowledged that the justice system worked in bringing justice to Floyd, but suggested an appeal over her threat of violence if the wrong verdict were reached could overturn the decision.

Doesn’t this statement by itself chill any decision of the appeal process?
The old principle of "let justice be done even if the heavens fall" is out the window.

If the trial does not get overturned because of the intimidation, none of us can have any confidence in any trial.
This is a very planned and orchestrated op by the Dems to manipulate and disrupt legal processes whereas to make no legal outcome certain. Through chaos they grab power. Simply, their aim to destroy the integrity of our legal process so they can rebuild it in their leftist vision. Same as they’ve done with race, gender and basically every other facet of American life.

I’ve no idea about their state appellate courts, but their state federal district court is evenly divided between D and R. The real solution will be the appeal to the US court for the Eighth Circuit, that is almost entirely made up of R appointees.
The biggest issue is that typically, appellate courts remand cases back for reconsideration. However, this case is so egregious that the Eighth Circuit may order a “directed acquittal” on Civil Rights grounds.
If it is done correctly, they might even short circuit a prosecutorial retrial on Civil Rights charges, even if directed to do so by the White House.
Dems don’t want justice, they want race and class warfare. The more violent the better.
And they absolutely want the decision overturned, which is why they came out with coordinated threatening messages.
