Perkins Couie employs a lawyer named Marc Elias- Elias is the guy who spearheaded the lawfare campaigns in several key states to go around state legislatures and effectively “legalize” election fraud.

Berg says there is a birth certificate on record in Hawaii. He also points out there is Canadian birth certificate and a birth certificate in Kenya. So are you arguing against Berg and saying there is no record of Obama's birth in Hawaii? Berg points out Obama is not natural born to two citizen parents. He points out that after his mother's divorce of Soetoro, she did not refile for citizeship for herself or her son. Obama travelled to Pakistan as an Indonisian citizen.

I’m not arguing against Berg. I’m arguing that he brought up a legitimate constitutional question. As well as at least half a dozen other lawsuits on Certifigate. The evidence deserved its day in court so that lying scumbag disinformation operatives like you would have a sock in their mouths.
Instead we have a SCOTUS saying that no one in America has “standing”, not even competing candidates like Clinton or Alan West.
"Expert" analysis of forgery can be dismissed by simply pointing out the that documents were sent from Hawaii. That makes that "evidence" useless in court. It doesn't create standing. Not sure why you are blaming me for that excuse used by the courts.
