Just Who Made Obama's Birth Certificate an Issue?

In his controversial new book on the 2020 election, Battle For The Soul: Inside the Democrats' Campaigns to Defeat Donald Trump. Edward-Isaac Dovere repeats a canard that has become something of a staple of Democratic mythology.

According to Dovere, in November 2020, then-president Barack Obama had a hard time making sense out of Hillary Clinton's loss "to a man he thought of as a moronic carnival barker." Dovere traced Obama's grudge against Donald Trump to the birth certificate issue.

Obama, writes Dovere, "would never forgive [Trump] for turning a fringe obsession with his birth certificate into an issue he'd had to address from the White House briefing room in 2011."

Dovere errs on several counts. Trump was not the one who turned the birth certificate into an issue. Obama was. Nor did Obama have to address the issue from the White House. He could have easily settled it in his attorney's office three years earlier. More importantly, perhaps, it was not the birth certificate that provoked Obama's wrath. It was Trump's ability to see Obama the same way Obama saw himself — as a fraud.

In the way of background, a week prior to the 2008 Democratic National Convention, attorney Philip Berg filed a federal suit in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania challenging Obama's constitutional eligibility to be president. A Democrat and former deputy attorney general for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Berg expected to be taken seriously. He wasn't. The media expressed zero interest in his suit.

It was Trump's ability to see Obama the same way Obama saw himself — as a fraud.

Enough so, he created his own FAKE Birth Certificate. He still has NO PAPERS. He is the progeny of the Chicago Communists who helped put him in power. (Whether FMD was or was not makes no difference

Facts speak for themselves. Bozo could have put this whole thing to rest by sending an official request to Hawaii for his birth certificate and open the sealed envelope in public. Instead he he chose to spend several years and reportedly up to 1 million in legal fees to fight any challenge, then as the suspicions were gaining critical mass, he put up an unauthenticated reproduction of a document that some experts have challenged as not original... and the sycophants in the media ran with it as real and shut down the issue.

The problem with trying to prove a case is that the people you are showing the evidence to have to be smart enough to understand what you are showing them. When the Obama birth certificate fiasco happened, I was still working in IT, and several of us got our hands upon it from the white house website before it was "fixed." Nobody I worked with believed that thing was nothing more than a homemade Adobe file patched together from a myriad of sources. We were able to deconstruct it, show just exactly how they made it, and what they made it from. The problem is trying to show other people who have no idea about what you are trying to explain to them. When it comes to true liberal believers, it's like trying to teach brain surgery to monkeys.

Historians will trace the end of our republic and the beginning of the oligarchy to Berg vs. Obama. The SCOTUS simply refused to do their job even though we give them lifetime employment to shelter them from the political consequences for their decisions - - all so they would uphold the constitution.

I am not into this BS about candidates having to release their health history and tax returns. I view requests for those as a fishing expedition tactic by the acolytes of the politics of personal destruction.

But I AM insistent that there should be a federal law requiring ALL candidates for every office, particularly federal office, and most particularly, the office of the Presidency, to provide a valid birth certificate.

I haven never understood, and don't understand why this is not a requirement for every candidate running for the Presidency. The Constitution is clear enough, and the reasons that requirement are put in place are valid.

If Obama had a real one, he should have just produced it. If he didn't, there should have been an explanation.

As for Obama's birth certificate, I believe it is phony because it is not a uniformly monospaced font as a typewriter in those days would produce. I created this graphic to show this fraud. I created this graphic from the official document that was made available.

From the document, I took the street address "6085 Kalanianaole Highway" (in the red box) and cut it out and pasted it right above the words "Maternity & Gynecological Hospital. It looks like this:

What is should look like, each letter on every line, if cut out a line of text with scissors and place over with scissors and place under or over text as I did, it should match up and be within the red lines as I have shown.

Being a 1961 typewriter, a hospital would have a monospaced typewriter, because that is what they used. They did have proportionally spaced typewriters, but they were more expensive and not available in 1961. They might have used a different typewriter. But if they did, explain why.

This issue is done and over, much like the election of 2020. It won't ever be litigated. But I feel certain it is a fraud.

Obozo, never had a birth certificate.

Most likely explanation at the time of the controversy was presented by Jack Cashill.

He was born in Canada at unwed mother’s home and she decided to keep him. Grandma was connected in HI, she submitted application for a late, born at home birth certificate but never completed the process (she could not prove it). SO, there was never a birth certificate.

Stanley Ann had an aunt in Canada.

Pelosi certified Obama as eligible for the Presidency as Speaker. If you’re going to create and train a politically correct idiot, at least be sure he’s halfway familiar with the U.S. That way he won’t appear obviously as a foreigner. He was supposed to be born and from Hawaii, but when He landed there and greeted people, he said it was wonderful being in Asia. You can only hide so much of an identity Pelosi facilitated.
