(UPI) — The Pennsylvania Parole Board on Thursday denied Bill Cosby’s petition to be released from prison on parole.
A letter released by the board Thursday stated that Cosby, 83, failed “to develop a parole release plan” and must participate in and complete additional programs including a “treatment program for sex offenders and violence prevention.”

It was just sex.No big deal.
Based on the Governor Cuomo criteria, Cosby was unjustly imprisoned.
He was guilty of the act, though I’m not saying that he was guilty of every accusation because there will always be people who pile-on for the attention.
It wasn’t the sex, but the noxious substances he used to knock them out to have sex with them.

wife Camille were being interviewed and
he was asked about the accusations.
“Oh no.We don’t talk about that,” he replied.And that was that.

Bill Cosby was convicted of sex “crimes” that had happened 40 years prior. They threw him under the bus. His main beef was that blacks don’t take advantage of the educational opportunities that are available to them, and thus “hadn’t done their fair share” of rising themselves out of poverty, so they threw him under the bus.
He admitted to drugging and raping women in disposition(s) years ago.
So, do you have an actual date for the alleged act?
Even 10 years later they were never able to be precise enough to be closer that a season or two.

The date becomes less important when you have 60 pile-ons, all able to give the same story independently of each other. Than’s collaborative.
Please. He was an Obama supporter. Plenty of blacks say one thing, but it does not make them politically conservative.

The fake crimes from forty years prior were illegally brought into the trial!
He was wrongfully convicted of alleged that had occurred about 12 years prior - for which they could not even provide a date for the crime.
And for which the prosecution had dismissed the charges - for the express purposes of allowing a civil case to force testimony.
They then used thst illegally obtained testimony in the subsequent criminal trial.
The stories were not the same. Not even close.
All of the stories were from thirty years prior.
No charges had ever been filed in those fake claims.
The statute of limitations had expired I for all of those fables.
Their behavior was illegal.

Still waiting for the Pa Supreme Court to show a backbone and void the corrupt trial!

As a teen, I was quite fond of Cosby’s albums.
Even then it was apparent, from circumstantial news, that he was doing such stuff he very much shouldn’t. Seemed such things were tolerated more then (say, if you went to Hefner’s mansion, wild drugs & sex was kinda the point ... and such behavior there likely spilled over to life outside there).
He was guilty, IMO.
I will say this, I loved his albums as a kid and so on, but over the years, when I occasionally saw him talking on camera but out of character as an impromptu interview (decades before any of THIS came up) I had a gut feeling something was not right there. There was a complete disconnect. And I don’t get this for all people or celebrities.
Many times there is some compatibility such as Bob Hope or Jimmy Stewart, people like that.
But I sensed there were two completely different identities with Bill Cosby, and the other one wasn’t just depressed or troubled like perhaps Robin Williams was. Cosby seemed...rude and mean to me.
My tingling sense was, this person was not the same person I admired. It was like meeting someone you admired from afar only to see the were actually mean spirited and in person, were not at all who you may have thought they were.
When all this came out about him, I was completely unsurprised.
