Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu blasts Biden on his way out of office
NY Post ^ | 06/14/2021 | Sam Raskin

Outgoing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday blasted President Biden’s policy approach to Iran in a “scorched earth” final address to the parliament — comparing the US return to the Iran nuclear deal to President Franklin Roosevelt declining to bomb the train tracks to Auschwitz when he had the opportunity.

In his last Knesset address as prime minister, a defiant Netanyahu spoke for more than half an hour, declaring that he would no longer keep his foreign policy disagreements with the Biden administration “behind closed doors.”

Wasn't Netanyahu the first to congratulate Diapers? What gives?

Yep, “Joe, we’ve had a long & warm personal relationship for nearly 40 years, and I know you as a great friend of Israel”

Nov. 2020 Netanyahu and June 2021 Netanyahu seem to have very different opinions on him.

While in office he probably tried to be a bit diplomatic. He's not constrained by that anymore.

Ran across a saying once: "The art of diplomacy is learning to say 'Nice doggy!, Nice doggy!' while searching for a rock to throw."

If the Israelis wanted to do both of us a favor, they should have sent a submarine or two to sink one of the Iranian warships heading to Venezuela, with two Russian or Chinese torpedoes, only one of which worked, the other just sticking in the wreckage on the not too deep ocean where it was hit, where it could be found by someone other than the US.

Brilliant! I like this better than Kissinger’s definition

Kissing his ass, hoping to ingratiate himself.

Didn’t work.

Public diplomacy is pure bs. Netanyahu will never rest easily until the Iranian nuclear threat and the mullah regime in Iran are terminated. Suspect he will get another crack as Prime Minister and when he does, he will deal with Iran definitively and will care little what then happens to him personally or what the world says.

The media is thrilled Bibi is gone. CBS This morning showed a crowd celebrating, it was a few hundred college kids not unlike the White brats we see at BLM riots.

Full blown propaganda on the so called news, it's disheartening that the media and social media can lie and censor without repercussions.

Bombing the rails is the biggest red herring fraud ever. Even a cursory look at the prewar Polish rail system shows it was like the internet with dozens of ways to immediately route around any damaged area. There wasn’t “the” rail line.
Then to get there you had to cross Germany. deeper than then imaginable, and then fight your way back! We managed the first daylight raid on Berlin on March 6th 1944. The camps did the majority of their work before the end of 43. Also rail lines are one of the fairest things to repair.
The fastest way to end the suffering was to kill the nazi machine. And that we did, at tremendous cost.

Saying America was morally wrong for not bombing “the” tracks is a lie. It was not something we had the ability to do but just didn’t care. Bibi is a damned fool ungrateful idiot and a backstabbed and I’m glad he lost.

Israel is toast. The Palestinians will continue their assaults, the new government won't fight back as hard, and the US will be willing to chronically "hold talks". Israel will not get the level of military and economic support it needs from the US and modern democracies to sustain its current boundaries, muchless borders.

I think that the Arabs will take their "toast" with "milk and honey".

Yeah, this is the first I've heard that the US could have stopped the NAZI concentration camps by "bombing the rails".

I’m sure Bibi has evidence of Democrats behind the effort to oust him from office & prosecute him to destroy his legacy.

... and the Soviets refused to support more than a handful of shuttle raids where US aircraft could be refueled & re-armed on Russian soil for a raid going East-West. So raids into eastern Europe that didn’t immediately benefit the Red Army were not approved.

Iran, Hamas, the Palis etc will all feel emboldened now, much like China after Trump.

Yet I feel both Trump and Netanyahu are far from done.
