President Joe Biden traveled to Miami, Florida to appear with Gov. Ron DeSantis and local officials on Thursday to signal support after the disastrous Surfside condo collapse.
“Again, this is your show, we just want to make sure that whatever you need, including… anyway, I’m talking too much…” Biden said in his opening statement before turning the rescue and recovery efforts briefing over to local officials for comment.

DeSantis should have told Biden this is what you are doing to the country.
They are trying their darndest to make him appear to be competent and relevant.
They need some photo ops for the MSM to be able to talk about what an amazing POTUS he is, for offering to send in FEMA to help FL.
I think they are starting to realize that they are not winning the propaganda wars, as hard as they try.

Every good leader knows there are some unpleasant duties to be performed and do them with grace.
Why would DeSantis appear anywhere near him?
As long as he doesn’t go Krispy Kreme on him.
I like DeSantis a lot. I'm not trying to give him a hard time.
But the president is not the boss of the governor. You don't have to be polite. If DeSantis spent time with Biden and observed behavior indicating incapacity, I would hope that DeSantis would come right out and tell people -- hey, behind the scenes, this guy is a mess and his staff treats him like a child!
I do understand that federal dollars for Florida might possibly dry up if the governor "spills the beans" but I think we need people like DeSantis to speak the plain truth -- to Biden himself, but also to the public.

I’d keep an eye on who went down with BiteMe and what those people did while they were there.
DeSantis would get skewered if he didn’t.
But he doesn’t have to do what Christie did with Obama.
Yeah he got his photo op. They were likely yelling in his ear piece to shut up and sit down.
