Eric Greitens was last among major Republican candidates for Senate in second quarter fundraising, underscoring fears that the disgraced former governor will make Democrats competitive for the seat if he secures the nomination.
Greitens’ campaign brought in about $449,000, well behind Attorney General Eric Schmitt, the fundraising frontrunner with $1.3 million. The latest campaign finance filing shows that major Missouri Republican donors continue to view him as toxic after he resigned in 2018 amid multiple scandals, including allegations of violent sexual abuse and blackmail.

While he might not have done the worst things he was accused of, it looks like he did cheat on his wife and they’re divorced now. There’s a lot of Missourians that don’t like that. That nationwide audience of Bannonites of warroom isn’t going to help him win MO.

I’ll have to look into Hartzler and Schmidt before I can decide between Greitens and Schmidt or Hartzler I suppose. I am in MO and registered repub so I can vote in the closed primary.
He was railroaded by his fellow Republicans who could not retract their way-to-early calls for his resignation.
He likely committed no crimes.
It all comes down to who is pumping money into the campaign.
Hard to imagine that the guy that was elected Governor, after the discovery that the crooked State Attorney lied and fabricated her case against him, an he doing this bad. At least for me, it is.
Wonder if the RINO, GOPe, McConnell type PACs are filling those bank accounts.

Not too shabby actually. Is a Trumper. Has doubts as to whether obama was a natural born citizen. Was part of the lawsuit contesting the 2020 election results. Pro 2nd, aniti lqtbmsnbc freaks, anti abortion, voted to reduce SNAP, rejects climate change bs. Wikipedia generally dislikes her which is good.

Nope. that’s how we got people like Murkowski, Collins, Sasse, McCarthy, McConnell, Cornyn and the rest of those parasitic slugs.
We need to put some real effort into putting real Conservatives into Congress rather than settling “for the lesser of two evils”.

Sounds like she might be the best of the batch-at least deserves a second look. Don’t like Schmidt or the ex Gov.
I do think that the Pubbies made a big mistake by letting the Dems do this - they should have fought for him like the DemonRats did for the TOON.
However, he kinda went out of his way to be authoritarian and show his power - turned off the Pubbies, so they weren’t there for him when he needed them. And he QUIT. Unlike DJT who had the guts to face impeachment twice.
I know nothing about Schmidt. What’s your dislikes about him?
