Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) said Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Hallie Jackson Reports” that American employers “should be free to require vaccinations” for workers and masks for customers.
Jackson said, “Latest reporting from the White House, we came on the air at 10:00, announcing that we believe based on our sources here at NBC News that the president tomorrow will announce he is looking at federal workers get the vaccine or else get tested regularly. Do you think that goes far enough? Do you believe it requires all federal workers to be vaccinated and make it a mandate?”

There is no reason why a employer can't. Just as there is no reason why an employer can't say you must be vaccinated. Most states are employment at will states. Employers can fire you for any reason or no reason, so long as they are not violating the law in doing so.
What’s her deal anyway? She never gets anything right and just spouts off on topics where she doesn’t acknowledge facts. She is control freak.
But the problem is that government, in cahoots with media, seem to be depriving people of this protection imo.

As a consequence of alleged media and government censorship concerning risks with the vaccine and alternatives to it, Ivermectin and vitamins C and D3 for example in my non-medical opinion, people who are mandating the vaccine are not reasonably complying with parts (II) and (III) of the law imo.
"(e) Conditions of authorization(1) Unapproved product(A) Required conditions(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—(I) that the Secretary [Secretary of Health and Human Services] has authorized the emergency use of the product;(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
