President Biden remembered former Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.), who died Thursday, as “one of the most honorable and decent people” the president said he has ever known.
Biden called Levin “brilliant, humble, and principled” in a statement Friday. The two served in the Senate together for 30 years.
Levin died Thursday at the age of 87. He retired in 2015 after more than three decades in the Senate and was the longest-serving senator in Michigan history.

His Levin family in Michigan has been a long time Deep State con artist group, unashamed of bloating their insider wealth for favors.
And like the late Rep.John Dingell (D) who was in he House from 1955 to 2015, Levin is an example of the good that term limits can do abut Dems. In the last years, Dingell’s head drooped forward in his seat in Congress after aides wheeled him in and they told him to vote each time because Dingell wasn’t aware of his surroundings enough to listen to the bill debates.
