The Pentagon on Tuesday released guidelines for how service members could request a religious exemption in lieu of getting the coronavirus vaccine.

"There is a religious exemption possibility for any mandatory vaccine, and there's a process that we go through to counsel the individual both from a medical and from a command perspective about using a religious exemption," Pentagon press secretary John Kirby said Tuesday.
Kirby said military service members who wish to seek an exemption will be required to be counseled by a medical professional and a commander over the risks posed by not receiving the vaccine.
In addition, they will discuss how the decision could affect their deployability, travel, or even assignments – though the request processes will differ in each branch.
"We take freedom of religion and worship seriously, in the military, it's one of the things that we sign up to defend," Kirby said. "And so it's something that's done very carefully."
Exemptions for pre-existing medical conditions will be permitted as well, though those will be identified by a medical professional.

Either way Pfizer and Moderna both have full indemnity till 2024 regardless of approval or not. Full indemnity against all civil suits anywhere and every Court only Congress can revoke the act and sleepy how must sign that bill or Congress needs a 2/3 veto proof majority in both houses as my undergrads say it’s “unpossible”

ADE is an issue with all coronavirus vaccine attempts historically, likely due to the fast mutation rate of coronaviruses in general.
While the mrna type vaccines are scary as hell, anything coming out any time soon just won’t have the safety testing to establish ADE risk.
What is the point of debate? ACB just single handedly ruled just get the jab and don’t bother asking why.

The FDA historically has been very particular with trial design, perceived risks, etc. If you read through or listen to NDA reviews, they can put company scientists through the ringer over fairly moderate areas of concern.
all the rules have changed now. they work with pharma co’s on trial design, and almost certainly greenlighted if not insisted on limited/minimal safety data accumulation. the decision to remove placebo arms almost had to have been initiated by them.
whatever invisible hand is moving things, the FDA isn’t going to stand in the way of it.
