Cotton’s 2022 efforts set the table for potential 2024 White House run

Sen. Tom Cotton says he’s "very confident about 2022."

The GOP senator from Arkansas is crisscrossing the country this summer, helping to raise money and support Republicans running in the 2022 midterm elections, when GOP aims to win back majorities in the House and Senate. wo of the Republicans top four Senate targets in next year’s midterms are in Nevada and New Hampshire, where first-term Democratic Sens. Catherine Cortez-Masto and Maggie Hassan are running for reelection. Those two states also happen to play crucial roles in the race for the White House, holding the second and fourth contests in the GOP presidential nominating calendar.

Cotton, whom pundits consider a potential 2024 GOP presidential contender, was in Nevada this weekend, one of the featured speakers at former state Attorney General Adam Laxalt’s sixth annual Basque Fry, which raises money for Silver State Republicans.

The Democrats are going to be tally whacked in 2022. They have no good alternatives to replacing SloJoe. Put KamalHo in the White House? No way.

The only way out is for Kamy to resign, replace her then Slo Jo resigns. And repeat the process. They cannot afford to put Pelosi in the WH.

I like Cotton for the POTUS job.

“These guys gave me no reason to vote GOP...”

Did you vote for Trump? If you did, then you understand the concept of voting for an individual, rather than a party. Vote for the GOP candidate that you like.

I to would not vote for the ones you listed. But I would vote for a Republican candidate that was running against them in a primary.

“He’s no RINO.”

Tom Cotton was one of the very first Republican Senators to come out and say that we should accept the election results that Joe Biden won. It was a complete stab-in-the-back to everyone that voted for Donald Trump. Senator Cotton talks a good game, but it is all manipulation. He is a complete fraud.

Agree...But he is not perfect; and, therefore, will have great difficulty in getting enough conservative support— should he seek the presidency. (possible sarc)

“No way would I vote for Cotton. I do not trust him.”

Cotton has absolutely no personality. He’s like watching paint dry. His posture is that of a wooden martinet, and he would bore everyone to death if he were to run. No way Jose (a little politically incorrect lingo there).

I will not vote for anyone else other than Donald J. Trump for President in 2024 and hopefully Ron DeSantis for VP or at least for a high position in a Trump presidency if VP is not possible because of the electors constitutional problem. That lines DeSantis up to run in 2028 and keep the good times rolling for another 8 years after the 4 more for DJT.

My thoughts exactly. DeSantis for VP, then 8 more years of a demonstrably able leader. By then, Nanzi will hopefully be rotting in a grave and if we're lucky, Schumer as well.

Cotton?

ZEEH- ROOOOOOOh chance

1-of-100 go-along to get-alongs to lead the US, no thanks

If our PDJT endorses DeSantis, it’s a done deal.

Question is who’s the VP?

(No Noem either!!!!!)

In an overly PC country that is hyper sensitive about... well, everything, we then want to tell the mass public to put their support around someone with the last name of “Cotton”? Sorry folks, doesnt matter how perfect a record he has. Liberals will have a field day with his name.
