Left Behind: Billions in U.S. Equipment for the Afghanistan Taliban to Use Against... Us
PJ Media ^ | 08/18/2021 | Victoria Taft

Months ago, U.S. forces began either removing, breaking down, or selling for scrap the military hardware they would leave behind on Joe Biden’s hand-chosen date to leave Afghanistan: September 11, 2021. But with Biden’s clueless and hackneyed Bay-of-Pigs-like disaster in Afghanistan, the U.S. is instead leaving to the Taliban billions of dollars worth of weapons and equipment. These are real weapons of war, not the ones BLM and antifa call police rifles and service pistols.

This will take some self-control, but try to put aside for a minute your disgust at the moronic, clueless, and deeply symbolic – for terrorists anyway – date of 9/11 for the pull-out and consider this question: “Why was so much equipment left behind?!”

Why was so much equipment left behind?! I do not understand.

There’s no way to tally the human cost from Joe Biden’s debacle so we won’t try here. How many people dropped from that cargo plane to their deaths? How many women and children will be taken as Taliban “brides”? How many interpreters committed suicide after being left behind because they knew the Taliban were coming to behead them? The questions are answerless.

But consider the literal cost of the stuff Joe Biden’s left behind.

Military.com reports that the material cost to train the Army now redounds to the Taliban.

Of the approximately $145 billion the U.S. government spent trying to rebuild Afghanistan, about $83 billion went to developing and sustaining its army and police forces, according to the Office of the Special Inspector General

BOTTOM LINE: Instead of defeating the Taliban, we armed them.

How much is an F-15 worth, anyway? As much as $87 million USD. How about a Black Hawk helicopter? About $6 million USD.

Do we have an estimate of how much equipment is there? I heard Trump even mention tanks. How many of them?

The 155mm howitzers the Taliban seized will make it difficult for the Air Force to use dirt strips in the countryside to withdraw the remaining troops if the Taliban decide to close the airport in Kabul. All those brave young Marines and Soldiers that the Biden cabal deployed in the last confusing moments are now at the tender mercies and whims of the Taliban. They will put up a hell of a fight but many more brave young Americans will be needlessly killed and maimed.

Without spare parts and a trained ground crew, they are useless.

George Soros’ National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan says -

We have not a clue how much military equipment we left there.

This is treason by the way, aiding and abetting the enemy.

I'm a big proponent of the conspiracy of incompetence over malicious conspiracy when bad things happen.

What we seeing go down in Afghanistan simply cannot be ascribed to mere incompetence.

This was a sabotage job engineered to do the utmost harm to both Afghanistan and America, while greasing the skids for the Taliban, Pakistan, Iran and China in the most beneficial way possible.

The destruction of this military hardware prior to leaving should have been part of the departure plan. Any dog-faced, eighteen year old, pony-soldier knows this. The boys in the P are REALLY stupid.

I am sure the Chinese will be happy to lend training and maintenance support. After they take apart our US military technology and replicate it for themselves.

The colossal screw up here is mind blowing.

That’s the way the Obozo planned it so the US could arm his fellow Muslim brethren and like with everything else, Jobama didn’t have a clue what he was doing. He just did what the Obozo cabal told him to do. Stolen elections have consequences.

Just guessing here, but 300,000 + soldiers each with one M16 each that will have to be turned over to the Taliban.

Probably a few hundred hundred thousand more bench stock. No telling how many millions of rounds of 5.56

All paid for by American taxpayers.

But we’re suppose to consider turning our AR’s in because there are too many drive by shootings in $hit hole cities.

Irritates the hell out of me.

I suspect a lot of the military equipment has classified components that will also end up in Taliban hands.

De-fund the Pentagon and the ‘intelligence’ thugs... they ‘ve had enough adventures throwing away our blood and treasure.

Properly placed thermite grenades could have easily denied the Taliban anything more useful than a puddle of scrap metal.

That’s the most unnerving thing about this debacle for me.

Let’s say that the Taliban, making us sweat a little, eventually allows all the civilians to leave. Plane by plane. Trickle out of the country.

Teasing CornPop and the US.

Then the last two C17s, filled with kids from working class families all around America, have to leave.

Nothing stopping the Taliban from opening up on them, on take off.

Then what?

Scary scenario.
