York County Republican Party votes to censure Sen. Lindsey Graham

YORK COUNTY, S.C. — The York County Republican Party has voted to censure South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham following his votes concerning the American Jobs Plan in July and August.

In the resolution, the York County Republican Party claims Graham violated "most basic tenants" of the South Carolina Republican Party with his votes, claiming it "opened the door for the budget resolution which could reshape the American economy and expand the Government’s control over many areas of people’s lives in a way that will have lasting effects."

Unless you know about the effort to retake the GOP from the ground up. This is new precinct committee people doing this. In another year or two, they’ll be in charge at the State level and then can work on remaking the GOP at the national level and replace people like Ronna Romney McDaniel with a MAGA person. With enough MAGA people in top positions, assistant democrats like Ronna’s uncle Mitt can be kicked out of the party.

Whether we still have a country by then, who knows but at least it’s a better effort than complaining on the interwebs.

Thanks for the ping Perseverando. Wouldn't it be nice if ALL the counties in SC censured linda. My county, Aiken, has already done so. Not much of a reaction which is what I expected. But if we can get a BUNCH of counties the censure her, maybe she'll listen.
