Political commentator Bill Kristol said Friday on CNN’s “Newsroom” that the new Texas abortion law is “extreme” and “un-American.”
Anchor Ana Cabrera said, “The Supreme Court formally denied a request to block a Texas law banning most abortions after about six weeks of pregnancy. And I want to bring in Bill Kristol. He served in both the Reagan and George W. Bush administrations. He is now editor at large for The Bulwark and director of Defending Democracy Together. Bill, you are among those against abortion, but you say this law even hurts the anti-abortion effort. You call it a step back or setback. Explain.”

Bill Kristol is a pure poser, once outed he shows his true colors.
No snitching? That’s all he’s got?
Kristol is completely out of the closet now as the liberal he always was.
Someone should set Krystol up with Magic Pants.
Two turds of fair weather...
Kristol sez the Texas Law is extreme. The little babies who are protected from the barbarous ritual of abortion won’t think it’s extreme!
Neocon beta cuck pansy.
Aaand...nobody cares!
I think I detest the Bill Kristols of the world even more than DemonRATs.
But ‘snitching on neighbors’ for the virus (restrictions, etc) is Ok.
Got it. /s
I wish someone would snitch on Bill.
Kristol gets crazier by the day.
What is this provision that liberals keep calling a bounty or snitching?
I am Pro-life, but have concerns about the Texas law as written. It allows any citizen to file suit against an abortion provider. If the citizen wins, he gets at least $10,000. If the citizen loses, the abortion provider isn’t allowed to recover legal expenses.
If this law is allowed to stand, consider liberal versions that will be created. Imagine California writing a similar law, allowing any citizen to file suit against churches that utter “hate speech”. Imagine Oregon writing a similar law, allowing any citizen to file suit against firearm stores for contributing to a murder. The suits would bankrupt churches, even if the churches win in court.
“Extreme” and “un-American” — that’s Kristol, not the Texas law.
Kristol appears as a weasely vassal of the corrupt Democrats. So many pundits fail to realize that their own personal integrity either is validated or denigrated by their actions. Kristol has been footstool for the authoritarian Leftist takeover of the US government, and he should be treated as such. Thus, I doubt if his opinions are anything more than risible.
Reporting a murder is Un-American? Who does he think he is, a Gangsta?
Notice how the Bill Kristol’s, Bush’s, Cheney’s, etc (establishment Repubs) always side with Dems like Obama, Biden, did so when Biden was running against Trump, got us involved in endless wars like Obama did with Lybua, Syria, Yemen, etc, whereas Truml didn’t start new wars?
Bill Kristol is such a disappointment, and consistently so.
His father often made some sense, but not Billy the Kid.
I can’t recall, anyway, anything he’s said in the last X years that made any sense. Seems to have a strong affinity for leftist krap?
Heh - Bill Kristin finally shows his true colors.
