Trump is a 100 percent right about Bush. Bush has no room to talk.

Hahahaha...they have found a rabid Leftist POS who won’t refuse to denounce his former political pinata, George W. Bush.

See, this is what happens to Leftists when they aim to be consistent in their views. It must have choked him to say “Trump was right”.

The only thing worse for him to have had to say would be “Bush was right”, and I suspect his head would explode before that came out of his mouth about anything Bush may have mentioned, including Bush’s mention of the color of a clear sky.

the Trump-idolizing insurrectionists

The loathing of everyday traditional patriotic Americans is just dripping from this piece. These are the people that have the microphone. And although we elected many republicans, they loath us just as much, except come election time. It's not the other side that is dumbed down, it's us.

Considering our choice of either Al Gore or John Kerry, I will never regret my votes for George W. Bush. Could the nation have done better? Yes, but we decidedly know it could have done worse (as we have daily proof).

Over time, I’m starting to think that Bush was as dumb as the Left made him out to be, just not in the same way they think. The agenda he bought into was not what he ran on in 2000. Maybe not so much “dumb” as “malleable.”

“someone I’ve long loathed”

“I loathe the military”

Remember that quote?

This is what I remember:

George Bush Senior ran against Reagan in the primary. He was liberal. Reagan won, and to consolidate the Republican votes he gave Bush the Vice President slot.

I hoped that Reagan would rub off on him and he would become more conservative. It kind of seemed that way.....

Wrong. The Bushes knew how to play the game to get elected and re-elected by Republicans. That’s all it was and is. I lost trust in GW right after he got elected and passed campaign finance reform, which he said he opposed. That opened my eyes.

Time was what it took to see who they really are. Talking heads we respect were fooled.

Jesse Jackson was right, “Stay out da Bushes”. Just the alternative was worse.

In G.W. Bush’s case, it’s better to remain silent and thought of as being a fool, than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt.

Just found out this morning that GW nominated Hunter Biden for the board of Amtrak in 2006.

He was never a conservative. Just another uniparty member who played us.

it was the most sickening thing ever to happen. turning a 911 remembrance into trashing Americans who liked Trump. Pathetic.

I know Bush is a RINO turd, and I know we need to purge our RINOs - post haste.

But WE should do the purging ourselves. We should take out our own trash.

Accepting help from self-described Trump loathers is a fools gambit. The enemy knows it can win by pointing out our divisions and stoking our feuds.

I’m not saying go easy on Bush because he’s a Republican - not at all. He should be drawn and quartered - but WE should do it.

The only reason this Trump loather is pretending to agree with Trump is to divide us.

For a conservative like Trump to win a majority, he needs to inspire the MAGA base, but he also needs the votes of “moderate” Republicans who supported Bush’s war on terror.

MAGA deplorables are loud, proud and gaining in numbers, but we do NOT have a majority - not even close. We need to build a coalition - not only with working class Democrats, but also with the older more hawkish Republicans who, like it or not, supported Bush’s war on terror.

The Democrats understand this, and desperately need to drive wedges wherever they can.
