Confirmed: The Obama DOJ Went Rogue to Spy on an Ex-Trump Campaign Official

It took too long to confirm what we already knew about this fiasco. It's a classic tale of government overreach, one we're seeing more often with Joe Biden issuing vaccine mandate edicts and rebuilding the IRS to spy on our financial activities. No, this is something of a throwback. It deals with the Russian collusion hoax and the unlawful targeting of Carter Page, a former 2016 Trump campaign official. Page had worked with the CIA, State Department, and the FBI in years past. There was plenty of exculpatory evidence to prove he wasn't a Russian asset. Obama's Department of Justice intentionally omitted these key pieces of information when applying for a FISA spy warrant during the campaign.

Page has long since been exonerated of the ludicrous charge that he was a spy and part of this Trump-Russia collusion delusion that engulfed the political class and the DOJ for years. Very powerful anti-Trump forces worked and manufactured evidence to support this baseless claim. They always collapsed under scrutiny, but the damage was done. The FISA court ruled in June that the DOJ unlawfully spied on Page (via The Federalist):

A newly declassified ruling from a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court in June demonstrates that the government lied about its legal basis for spying on former Trump campaign official Carter Page. The ruling states that the information produced by the FBI’s unlawful investigation into Page was illegally obtained and that it “found violations of the government’s duty of candor in all four applications.” The ruling also orders the government that “it must temporarily retain, and potentially use and disclose, the information collected, largely in the context of ongoing or anticipated litigation.”

Under the court’s 21-page assessment, information obtained by all four of the warrants and applications is invalidated due to its

From what I gathered having read Page’s book, he didn’t consider himself a “campaign official.” I believe he basically considered himself a consultant.

So funny. Those in power inside the DNC and federal agencies were and are spying on every candidate past, present, and future, with the same zeal and commitment as they did with Trump. You think Bernie Sanders, AOC, Nader, Schaffer, Schumer aren’t aware they are being spied on and dossiers being built on them too?

The completely lawless traitorous government actions cum coup d'état in American history has lost the ability to attract interest now. Stand by for three years of treason, oppression, tyranny and slavery.

Naval Intelligence/CIA Carter Page was sent to the Trump campaign by the CIA because he had plenty of “Russia” ties.
Brennan sent him to give the FBI all they needed to run wiretaps and spy on the entire Trump campaign with the two hop rule.

Carter Page testified to congress that he _always_ informed the campaign when he talked to Russians. He forgot to mention his CIA affiliation.
Then when Mueller’s team interviewed him, they spend less than a day with him and quickly moved on. Everyone else got the SWAT team, the rectal exam back to third grade, ruinous legal fees, months of constant fear, 10 year old charges...etc. But not smirking Carter Page.

Ask any doper what it means if the cops raid a house, and everyone gets arrested except for one person who is quickly turned loose.

He’s dirty.

This saying....
If you are in a war with a ruthless enemy
and you are playing fair
YOU WILL LOSE!

If we are supposed to be nice and clean, dealing with the dems, then for God’s sake ARREST THE GUILTY AND STOP THEIR ABIILITY TO TAKE US TO THE RIVER AND DROWN US ALL!!!!!!!!!

Take out the ones who are breaking laws at random and flying high on corrupted control over this nation!!!!
OR ELSE FIGHT LIKE A MAD MAN AND WIN THE DA88 WAR!!
I’m tired of them getting by with things that are breaking us all apart!

Secret courts are not needed in a free society. They are contrary to all rights and protections guaranteed by the Constitution. It is time to end the Patriot Act, denial of due process, and restore the right to be secure in one’s home. Time also to end the frequent use of middle of the night swat team raids to intimidate and embarrass people for political reasons.

Yes, especially after the damage was done and it's way too late to fix the mess they allowed.

The FISA court ruled in June that the DOJ unlawfully spied on Page

The FISA court has the power to indict the people who lied on the warrant applications. Retaining the records for litigation in civil suits is weak tea.

These FISC justices are engaging in a CYA to deflect from their own lack of integrity.
