Our necks are getting pains from looking at a judicial action to reverse judicial action and then back again. Tennis does that, too, though.
Maybe say the writ of mandamus nullifies the injunction that prevented the enforcement of the ban later overruled against stopping all cessations of the contents of the writ signed by the first judge./s

Yes.....Unfortunately they were performing abortions within hours of the initial Federal Judge Pittman blockage of enforcement of the law.
