display 'a reasonable selection' of items Since only about 5% of the population is sexually perverted, is it "reasonable" for a store to have only 5% of their selection in this category? I doubt it. Some judge would rule there has to be an equal amount of pervert selections as normal selections.

And who will decide what meets the criteria for display in that area?
I see endless arguments, lawsuits and more government inspectors and regulations controlling what goes in that area.
The purpose of all of this is to get us distracted from the real problems.
