House of Representatives staffer arrested on child porn charges

A man who works for the sergeant-at-arms of the U.S. House of Representatives has been arrested and charged with 10 felonies related to the possession of child pornography.
Fairfax County police arrested Stefan Bieret, 41, of Burke, Va., on Wednesday, and he was arraigned on Thursday. He was being held without bond and is expected back in court next month.
Police said the investigation began when the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children was notified of a potentially illicit image uploaded to a Dropbox account and reported the matter to a task force on Internet crimes against children.

In March 2021, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced her intention to appoint Walker as Sergeant at Arms of the United States House of Representatives. They should arrest Pelousy also.

I can’t read the article from the Post, but I’ll assume they made no mention of his political leanings, meaning he’s a Democrat. Otherwise the headline would have been something like....REPUBLICAN House Staffer etc etc
