It would have been legal if he had signed a bill sponsored by Republicans

Excuse ACCEPTED as long as every resident of PA gets to avoid a fine, ticket, criminal charge by also claiming “it was an honest mistake”.
To: raccoonradio
This is complete BS, the law allows for a family member to put a ballot you filled out in the mail box. It’s covered under reasonable provisions. This is an attempt to make election laws seem unreasonable. Don’t fall for it.

Good thing he has friends in high places!

I assume that it was an “honest mistake” for 100,00 ballots to mysteriously appear in Pennsylvania the day after last year's election.

It is beginning to look that way.

“Honest mistake” — Oh well, then...
Seems like politicians always skate on ‘ignorance of the law’ and ‘no intent’, but the bottom line is rules are for little-people.

The commonwealth should assess the $1,000 fine and Gov. Wolf should pay it. Not like it’s going to break him financially, and it might even gain him some credibility. Not here, of course, but somewhere?

Let me guess, republicans (who i thought were the majority in Pennsylvania) won’t do sh*t, where the roles were reversed, they would have forced the Republican to resign and be put up for prosecution.
"He broke the law. Like, the governor broke the law. And, actually, it was his wife cause she ended up handing the ballot in, and that's the trigger for violating election law. She's the suspect," GOP State Rep. Seth Grove of York County told ABC 27.
Is this bad writing or just an illiterate person? “He broke the law, like the Governor broke the law”. Who is the second person broke the law like the Governor had done?

Can you give an example of a “dishonest mistake?”

Was it just his ballot, or did she drop off a few thousand others for friends and neighbors?

The jagoff Mayor of Philadelphia (Jim Kenney) dropped off multiple ballots as well.

Also wasn’t it PA where these democrats were going around and collecting ballots (real and fake) and dumping them in these ballots collection boxes located outside on the city streets? Isn’t this the same illegal act? What was the BS name democrats called it ballot harvesting?
