When I was a little kid I remember my uncle solemnly proclaiming “ignorance of the law is no excuse”...
I started to wonder where or how is that codified? What law says you must know all laws? How can you follow a law that you don’t know was ever passed?
How the hell can it NOT be an excuse when even politicians themselves don’t know what the damn laws are???
