They needed GOP help and they got it.
The consumer will pay for this.
This will drive up the price of a new car.
Just like the other government required devices on cars.
Emission controls drove up the cost of new cars as well.
That is who will pay for this new requirement

The technology for this isn’t ready for prime time. It’s glitchy and will strand a lot of sober drivers.
Chauffeur rates in DC gonna sky rocket.
Out of control government is out of control.
The designated driver is stone cold sober but the car won't start.
How about a self-contained urinalysis tube to “blow” into? No? Is no one responsible for anything?

In the future you’ll have to have a chip implant in you which will act as your key to the rest of the world. No chip, no nothing. The mark of the beast will be a computer chip under the skin in your arm.
Making you pay for an alcohol tester is insult to injury.
The State says you are guilty until the machine says you are innocent.
One more expense, one more thing to break, and one more thing to leave you stranded when it does break.
This is intolerable government.
Or kids will hang around the parking lot who will fellate the car for a price.
