The whole article is ridiculous spin not based on an reasonable interpretation of the facts. The depressing part is that the field of potential rivals in the article is a bunch of retread hacks, and an inept cabinet Secretary who was absent from his job for two months and nobody noticed
I suspect that H->! is more than willing to step up again.
Many believed that one year ago, including me. I actually don't perceive any deterioration from last year. Maybe it's so slow that we don't notice, but that suggests that he won't be too much worse in 2024. Maybe enough that people in his inner circle will be able to tell, but not enough to affect his carefully managed public appearances.
It is too late, sadly. Millions of uneducated, unskilled, and poor illegals are here soaking up welfare dollars. We are spending money (which we do not have) faster than drunken sailors. $30,000,000,000,000 national debt is not petty cash.

I think you answered your own question. You have not noticed a difference in the past year of his cognitive abilities, because he is being managed so strictly.
His actual personal appearances are very few. Even then, and with his drugs, he still is incoherent for part of the appearance.

If I was a betting man, I would put $ on Biden running in 2024.
I misstated what the link shows. It has Biden and Harris about equally likely to be the Dem nominee.
