In other words, behind the wheel of a Lincoln is a mighty fine place to be ... much finer than sitting in a governor's mansion behind a desk piled high with requests and complaints.
I see the "smarminess" some people are complaining about, but if the guy is any kind of actor, he can portray different qualities and come across to people in different ways.
