COVID-19 virus markers can show up in sewage even before an infected person shows symptoms (and even though the wastewater itself isn’t infectious). Analyzing wastewater for the virus can detect a rise in COVID cases days before individuals’ tests show a trend. Armed with that information, public health officials can decide how to respond and how to deploy resources such as targeted individual testing.

All the viruses your body sheds are still in the treated wastewater going to the rivers. It’s only the fresh drinking water that gets treated and sanitized with chlorine gas and other oxidizers. Sanitary sewer water is never disinfected. Viruses are phages which are not living organisms. They are merely genetic disrupters that use a host live cell to replicate when conditions (inside a host) are ideal. They could sit for thousands of years if they are the hard shell protein coating types and if you rub your eye or touch your face after contacting one you’ll be hosting a billion by next Tuesday.
Same way that they smell witches out in sub-Saharan Africa. If you are a witch-smeller, and you say you smell witches, and that so-and-so is a witch, the crowd just tears them apart.
Same thing with Omicron in the sewer. A man in a white coat announces that he’s examined the sewage and found Omicron in it. Then they shut everything down, make everyone wear masks, and shut all the schools and the “non-essential” businesses down. He’s got a white coat and a diploma, so you know he knows more than you, and submit. You wouldn’t want to feel muscle ache and fatigue, would you.
The man in the white coat doesn’t do it. The politician in the suit does it after paying the man in the white coat to say what he wants him to say.

Remember about a year ago when there were a few quickly buried stories about communities in the New England states that were going to start testing sewerage for COVID?

Now consider this: In many states the mask mandates were/are explicit that those in restaurants MUST wear a mask INTO THE RESTROOM where of course that cloth will absorb all toilet odors and other zhit.

Then the patron MUST wear the zhit laden mask back into the restaurant so that with every exhale the patrons innocently eating pancakes can get a dose of the restroom zhit.

The restroom is absolutely the worst place to be wearing a face mask.
If we had real science and real disease prevention the “guidance” would be to have ziploc bag dispensers at the restroom outer door: Take a bag, bag the mask, do your business, “thoroughly wash your hand” then reapply the mask upon leaving.
These idiots are high priests, not scientists. I remember in the early days, when Covid was mostly still in Wuhan, there was speculation that it spread through pipes as was suggested in some of the cases where the only connection between two infected people was their pipes. Did these “scientists” look into this possibility? No. Did the NIH ever investigate whether there’s a correlation between VAERS cases and natural immunities? No. They decided on a dogma ahead of time, and censored all discussion. High priests of “science”. And what you’re saying is just the latest example.
What “clinical tests” can show an Omicron infection? PCR test can’t distinguish between any coronavirus or “variant.”
