When this mass hysteria breaks, and they always do, most of those under its influence will then deny they were ever under its control. She would have faced an extradition hearing, yes. I do not believe Florida has stated that they will not extradite people for activity that is not a crime in FL. Normally it’s basically an automatic extradition except in a few cases even if the action is not a crime in the extraditing state. See the Full Faith And Credit clause of the Constitution.
