Minnesota is lost. Thug Judges try to bully the jury by telling them they “must” vote guilty because defendant didn’t follow the “law” (in this case, and Executive Order). Most jurors get scared and afraid to follow their conscience. I would not guilty because nobody was forced to go to the establishment...it was open for free-minded adult individuals who could choose to frequent the business, or not.

If you are tried for violating an unconstitutional law it means you’re going to be found guilty and you’re going to have to bring it to higher courts to argue the constitutionality of it. That’s irritating but that’s just the way our system works.

After a warrant was issued for her arrest, Hanson went into hiding. She was arrested several weeks later in Iowa, where she was staying at a motel. Don't understand: She was charged in MN, but arrested in OH.
Isn't that a different jurisdiction?
If crossing state lines was good enough for Bonnie and Clyde...
